Absolutely. There is no citizenship restriction for freehold zones (Dubai Marina, Downtown, Palm etc.). you need a valid passport and we guide the trustee process. DLD.

Studio apartments start around AED 350k-500k ($95-140k) in emerging areas. Prime one-bedroom units average 700k AED in JVC & Arjan. Finance plans exist.

Dubai currently has no capital gains or income tax. A 4% transfer fee applies only at purchase. No annual property tax — a really exceptional incentive. (of course govt may adjust.)
